The first place you and your friends can go is to Raging Waters. Raging Waters is a water park that is located at the Cal Expo in Sacramento. If you go there one day, and you like it, you can buy a season pass that lasts until August. The season pass is only twenty three dollars, and you can come as many times as you want. They have a baby center for little kids and many rides for teens.

The second place you and your family can go is to go cheer on the Sacramento River Cats. You can spend a late spring or summer day here. This is located at the Raley Field in West Sacramento. The team has won many Pacific Coast League Championships since coming to Sacramento in 2000. You can even go when they have “theme” nights. They also do activities with their mascot who is a cat and named Dinger, such as take pictures, and do dance-off’s.

The third place you and your family can go is to the California State Fair. There will be carnival rides, games, animals, exhibits, concerts, and fried food. The fair comes to town each July for about two or three weeks. This will be located at Cal Expo. On different nights there will be concerts with many artists.
